This
artifact represents a field experience in consultation. Document
your involvement on a team that initiates a program designed to
establish connections between the school and community and that
serves to support students academic, career, or personal/social
development. Examples of appropriate teams include school district
student assistance teams, assessment teams, school strategic
planning teams, etc. Be sure to secure all appropriate consent
forms before you commence your involvement. Your documentation may
be in the form of a journal, but should include consultation
strategies that you witnessed or employed, and a reflection of
what you learned about consultation as a result of your
involvement.
